Frequently Asked Questions

No, Nordic Style doesn’t run large-scale discount promotions. Have you ever seen mirrors that are almost always offered at a 30% discount? If so, you know something isn’t quite right with the original price. At Nordic Style, we consciously choose fair prices and high quality, so you’re investing in a timeless mirror that will last for years.

Our feed supplier will contact you by email 2 days before delivery to let you know the delivery time and time slot.

We'll deliver your order for free in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or France.

Your order will be delivered in sturdy packaging. However, we’ve chosen to work with a carrier that specializes in delivering mirrors. That’s because we want your order to be delivered to you in good condition and as agreed.

Your order will be delivered within 5 business days.

For logistical planning purposes, the carrier will contact you (by email) 2 days before delivery to schedule a delivery time.

Our carrier will deliver the package on the ground floor, behind the first front door. Do you live on the 1st floor or higher? If there is no elevator, the package will be delivered on the ground floor.

There may be times when you want to return an order. Perhaps you don’t like the product after all, or maybe there’s another reason you no longer want it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount.

You are only responsible for the return shipping costs from your home address to the online store. Since a mirror is a fragile and large item, we use our own shipping carrier to ensure that the mirror is returned to us in good condition and intact.

These costs vary depending on the size of the mirror:

Returns:

The return fee depends on the size and fragility of the package. For fragile items, such as a mirror, we recommend that you have us book the shipment through our own carrier so you can be sure it arrives at our location in one piece.

• Mirrors up to 179 cm in length: €20
• Mirrors 180 cm or longer: €40.

Exchange:

If you choose to exchange an item—for example, for a different color or size—we will charge 50% of the return shipping costs.

• Mirrors up to 179 cm in length: €10
• Mirrors 180 cm and longer: €20

For an exchange or return, please contact us using the return form.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories included and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@nordic-style.nl. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has already been returned to us in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

We're sorry to hear that. We recommend that you first submit your complaint to us using the complaint form.

We will work with you to resolve the complaint as best we can. If this ultimately does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

Starting February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file it through the European Union’s platform.

That's too bad. This isn't how we want things to be. If you received the product you ordered in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately using the complaint formso we can find a solution.

It's also important to keep the packaging. We can often tell from it whether the carrier handled it with care.

If your question isn't listed here, please email us at info@nordic-style.nl. We're happy to help, and you'll receive a response within 24 hours.
